Terms of Service

By accessing or using the services provided by Vyesdigigrow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Client and Vyesdigigrow.

Vyesdigigrow provides high-performance digital marketing, web development, branding, and strategic growth consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

The Client agrees to provide Vyesdigigrow with all necessary information, assets, and feedback required for the successful execution of the project. Delays in providing such materials may result in project timeline extensions. The Client warrants that they possess the legal rights to all content provided to Vyesdigigrow for use in the project.

Project fees are billed as per the payment schedule defined in the specific project proposal. Standard terms require a non-refundable commencement deposit of 50% before work begins. Remaining balances are typically due upon milestone completion or before final deployment. Vyesdigigrow reserves the right to suspend work if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.

Until full payment is received, Vyesdigigrow retains all rights, title, and interest in all deliverables, including source code, design files, and creative assets. Upon receipt of final payment, ownership of the final production-ready deliverables is transferred to the Client. Vyesdigigrow retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Standard project fees include a predefined number of revision rounds (typically two). Any requests for revisions beyond the agreed scope or after the final approval will be billed at our standard hourly rate. Significant changes to the project direction after work has commenced will require a new project estimation and agreement.

Vyesdigigrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific results (such as exact conversion rates or search engine rankings) as these are subject to external market factors beyond our control.

Both parties agree to protect and keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes business strategies, technical data, and financial information. This obligation survives the termination of the project agreement.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Trichy, Tamil Nadu.
