Refund Policy

1. GENERAL REFUND PHILOSOPHY

Vyesdigigrow provides professional services that involve significant human capital, time, and creative resources. Because our services are custom-tailored to each client, we generally maintain a no-refund policy once work has commenced. This policy ensures we can maintain the highest quality of standards for all our partners.

2. COMMENCEMENT DEPOSITS

Most projects require a 50% non-refundable commencement deposit. This deposit covers the initial strategic planning, resource allocation, and research phase of your project. Once this deposit is paid and the project is scheduled, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. MILESTONE PAYMENTS

For larger projects, payments are structured around milestones (e.g., Design Approval, Alpha Release). Once a milestone has been reviewed and approved by the Client, the associated payment is considered earned and non-refundable. Approval can be given via email or through our project management portal.

4. PROJECT CANCELLATION

The Client may choose to cancel a project at any stage by providing written notice. In the event of cancellation, the Client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. If the work completed exceeds the deposits already paid, the Client will be invoiced for the difference. If the work completed is less than the deposits paid, no refund will be issued for the remaining balance.

5. RECURRING SERVICES (RETAINERS)

For ongoing services (such as Social Media Management, SEO, or Ad Management), cancellations require a 30-day written notice. Fees for the current billing cycle are non-refundable. Unused portions of a month's retainer service do not roll over and are not eligible for a refund.

6. SERVICE DISSATISFACTION

We are committed to your success. If you are dissatisfied with any deliverable, we encourage you to communicate your concerns during the included revision rounds. We will make every reasonable effort to align the work with the original project scope. Dissatisfaction does not constitute grounds for a refund if the work meets the technical requirements of the agreed scope.

7. THIRD-PARTY COSTS

Vyesdigigrow often manages third-party costs on behalf of the Client (e.g., ad spend, domain registration, hosting, premium stock assets). These costs are 100% non-refundable once the transaction has been processed by the third-party provider.

8. EXCEPTIONS

In the highly unlikely event that Vyesdigigrow is unable to deliver the core services outlined in the agreement due to internal factors, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund for the unearned portion of the project fees.
